The Getaway (1972)

We're closing out Lap 6 by kicking it old school one more time, throwing it way back to 1972 with The Getaway, our second Steve McQueen movie this lap. First, though, we open up a double dose of the mailbag and get absolutely smoked by Johnny Tran at Race Wars. Then, we quickly set up a heist only to see it all go wrong. We compare McQueen and MacGraw to Brian and Mia, assemble the ultimate all-time three-man heist team, and talk about a surprising recurrence of kittens and breakfast this lap.
