The Spin Chagrin, a concept that finds Frank having to watch a movie he's never seen before based on the random spin of a wheel filled with off-the-wall genres, continues into a new year. In this episode, Frank's category was "Takin' Out the Trash," and he reviews two different movies - the South Korean thriller, The Gangster, the Cop, the Devil, and 1990's sci-fi thriller, Class of 1999.
