David and Frances discuss the importance of getting in touch with arising emotions. The ego is quick to quash the attempt to look under the surface of perception, even using metaphysics such as "there is no world" to suppress exposing hidden beliefs.

We need to allow the Love to burst through however it's given. We never know how it's going to look, it may simply be singing great love songs like the Beatles. It's always content over form, we want the experience!
