This first session of the "Awakening from the Dream Online Retreat—The Body, Sickness, and Level Confusion" features David Hoffmeister, Frances Xu, Jason Warwick, and Kirsten Buxton in an introduction to a new way of looking at the body and sickness and how in many cases we confuse our identity with the body and misunderstand cause and effect. Frances, Jason, and Kirsten share their own stories around this topic as a lead in to this online retreat and then take questions and comments from the participants.
