"Life As a House" - Movie Commentary by David Hoffmeister and Kenneth Clifford
The movie that was chosen for the movie session at The Great Awakening online retreat "Life As A House" deals with relationships and the need for a healed perception of relationships. David and Ken touch on and go into great detail about how there is really no such thing as a dysfunctional family. There is only a dysfunctional perception of the world because it's perceived through the ego’s lens.
A typical American family has suppressed rage and past grievances that cover over compassion and love. It takes what the world calls a serious situation to see that there is much more to life than struggle and depression.
This retreat session was recorded in the afternoon of January 2, 2021, at the Living Miracles Quantico studio in Chapala, Mexico.
