Today on a dancers mindset I'll be talking you through some of the major injuries I had and had to recover from. Тhis took a lot of mental and physical strength from me and it's something I am proud of myself for overcoming. Here I will talk about what mental attitude helped me the most and strategies that worked best for me to keep my head above water and come back stronger!
