If you're unfamiliar with EFT tapping: EFT involves tapping on specific meridian points on the face and body while focusing on a particular issue or emotion. It works to calm the nervous system and clear energetic blocks, (similar to acupuncture).
Below is the tapping flow we will follow, along with my personal preferred method of tapping - but you are always free to do whatever suits you best.
