Download my FREE EFT Tapping Guide! Welcome to this EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping guided meditation. This tapping meditation is meant to help you release any negative thoughts or feelings about yourself, as you open yourself to unconditional love and acceptance from within. As we work through each point, we will be transforming existing thoughts and feelings about ourselves, into positive affirmations of self love, worthiness, and acceptance.
If you are new to EFT tapping, I highly recommend a quick google search of "EFT Tapping for Beginners" - this will ensure your understanding so you can get the most out of the meditation! I will give a brief overview of the tapping points below.
We will be going through each of these points twice during this meditation. You are free to use how ever many fingers/however long tapping you are comfortable with - below is just my preference
