🌊During this meditation, we focus on the energy of acceptance, detachment, and trust. At the root of this practice is one of my favorite mantras: Om Anandham Namah, - “my actions are blissfully free from attachment to outcome.” We return to this mantra throughout the meditation, gently feeling into the peace that comes from surrender, inner safety, and deep trust.
