💭Our minds are naturally wired to prepare for the worst. To protect, plan, and prevent. But when we constantly anticipate what could go wrong, we unintentionally give fear and doubt the front seat.
This meditation is a gentle but powerful mindset shift, as we return to possibility, hope, trust & belief. A space to rewire our thought patterns. Shifting from "what if it all goes wrong? what if I fail? what if it doesn't work?" to.. "what if it all goes right? what if it unfolds better than expected? what if everything is working out exactly as it should?"
