Thomas Piper is a Brooklyn-based producer, vocalist, educator, and PUSH 2 performer. He's collaborated on projects with MTV, Sesame Street, and artists like Public Enemy, The Last Poets, and runs a music collective called The People's Republic of Sound.
In this episode, Thomas shares his process using the PUSH for chords/ melodies, his vocal processing for live performance, studio setup, and things independent artists should consider when pursuing a music career, including working with record labels.
