Acurus co-owners, CEO Rick Santiago and CTO Ted Moore, have a conversation about their proprietary room audio correction software called ASPEQT.

Most immersive audio pre-pro manufacturers simply license a third-party system for implementation as their room correction software. The ACURUS owners decided that wasn't the proper way to provide their clients with the absolute best solution and spent several years in R&D, beta testing, and final implementation. The result was nothing less than an industry game-changer.

Where competitor's software required the need for a laptop computer and moving a single microphone around the room many times, ASPEQT is totally self-contained including multiple built-in processors, a simple intuitive on-screen GUI easily controlled via a cellphone or tablet, and multi mics that provide a much broader sweet spot and far superior room bass response.
