Mental Health Mondays: Finding the 'Helpers' in Your Community

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, All Of It has revived the series 'Mental Health Mondays.' This week, a conversation with director Benjamin Wagner about his new documentary, "Friends & Neighbors," which explores the effect of chronic stress in the lives of Americans, and spotlights people around the country who are prioritizing community and trying to help others. The film is streaming now on PBS.
