Rest in Peace, Flaco

This weekend marks one year since beloved celebrity owl, Flaco, tragically died. Flaco first made headlines in 2023 after escaping from the Central Park Zoo. A new exhibition at the New-York Historical, The Year of Flaco, traces Flaco's story and the surrounding phenomena his escape created. Rebecca Klassen, associate curator of material culture at the New York Historical, discusses the show and we take your calls.
