This year, there's been a proliferation of TV and film on streamers featuring spies, from "The Diplomat," to "The Agency" to "Slow Horses." And these aren't the usual James Bond/ Jason Bourne lone actors with shiny gadgets, they're spies with families, partners and lost loves.
