Professor Marcus Maurer is joined by Dr Jie Li to discuss the role  the gut microbiome plays in the disease progression of CSU. A particular focus is given to metabolism and homeostasis in patients with CSU, how the gut microbiome can impact CSU presentation, and the impact it can have on the efficacy of treatments such as antihistamines.
