COP27 fell short. Now what?

“This is the make-or-break decade, but what we have in front of us is not enough of a step forward for people and the planet.” That’s the verdict of the European Union’s climate policy chief Frans Timmermans, after an underwhelming COP27 in Egypt. He joins the show from Strasbourg.
