Caleb Flynn Court Coverage Day 3: His Palm Prints Could Not Show WHAT?

BCI latent print expert Vicki Bartholomew told jurors that several prints from the Flynn property matched Caleb Flynn. The identification was clear, but the timing was not. 

Bartholomew testified that palm prints found at the scene belonged to Caleb, along with latent prints lifted from the Ford truck door and a palm print recovered from the minivan. On cross, she said she had no way to determine when any of those prints were left. 

Neighbor Kimberly Bingaman then described what her property did - and did not - record. She said her three dogs are usually vocal when there is a disturbance nearby, and she testified that her cameras captured nothing outdoors or around the residences. 

Bingaman also recalled seeing a new camera near the Flynn home. Cross-examination established another limit: she could not say whether that camera was functioning. 

Caleb Flynn has pleaded not guilty to all charges in Ashley Flynn's death. Prosecutors allege he staged the scene to resemble a home-invasion burglary, while the defense maintains Ashley was killed during an actual home invasion.
