Om avsnittet
Is the Bible actually an ancient alien text? In this mind-opening conversation, Christian mystics TruthSeekah and Cub Kuker examine the scriptures through the lens of ancient astronaut theory : and the evidence is staggering.
Starting with Ezekiel's wheel, the famous biblical vision that ufologists have long identified as a possible UFO sighting, they trace the thread of flying machines through both the Old and New Testaments. The Hebrew word Merkaba, which literally translates to "chariot" or "vehicle," describes something that sounds unmistakably like a craft. The same word appears in descriptions of Elijah's ascension, where a chariot of fire takes the prophet into the heavens.
Cub Kuker expands the scope beyond the Bible, drawing in the Hindu Vimanas : flying palaces described in the Sanskrit epics that match the "wheels within wheels" of Ezekiel's vision and the cube described in the Book of Revelation (the New Jerusalem descending from the heavens). The Watchers of the Book of Enoch are examined as potential extraterrestrial visitors who came to Earth, taught humanity forbidden knowledge, and were cast out.
The conversation explores the Elohim : a plural word in Hebrew that literally means "gods" : and how this points to a divine council or pantheon of advanced beings. The Anunnaki connection is made through the Book of Job, where the comforter Elihu's name means "god of gold," a direct link to Sumerian mythology.
For students of ancient alien theory, this episode delivers a comprehensive look at the biblical evidence for extraterrestrial contact : including the Seraphim as plasma-based life forms, the firmament as a dimensional barrier, and the Nephilim as hybrid offspring.
