Well it's here, everyone, the episode that has defined Ricky's life — but the real question Meredith poses is, "Why?" Especially given that "Shortcomings" is total filler. Perhaps it was the lox and cream cheese, or Valerie Harper's debilitatingly sex-positive child rearing, or Justin Theroux's paper thin boxers. Something really clicked.
