Appeals Court: Trump Unlawfully Constructing WH Ballroom

A federal appeals has ruled that President Trump’s  controversial White House construction project is illegal without congressional approval. The president says he will take his fight to the Supreme Court. Today’s ruling is the latest chapter in a saga that started last October when the Trump administration began demolishing the East Wing of the White House. Plus, after weeks of uncertainty the Senate is poised to confirm Todd Blanche as attorney general, perhaps as early as tonight.
