Dr. Birx: People recently in the New York City area should self-quarantine in their homes for 14 days

With about 56 percent of all U.S. coronavirus coming out of the New York City metro area, a member of the White House's task force says anyone who's recently left the region should self-quarantine for 14 days to try and slow the spread of the virus.
