Ian regains hurricane strength over Atlantic after devastating Florida

Hurricane Ian regained strength and intensified into a Category 1 storm and is heading straight toward Charleston, South Carolina. At least 15 people have died as search and rescue efforts continue in the worst-hit areas in Florida.
