breakups are almost an inevitable part of life. but despite how fucking awful they are, they can also be really transformative in a positive way. i've gone through a handful of breakups throughout my life, and i've learned a lot. so i'm going to be doing multiple episodes of breakup advice. this is episode one, where i'm going to be talking about the period before the breakup, the breakup itself, and the week or two following the breakup.
