Welcome to this weeks podcast we spoke to the fabulous academic Dr Alison O'Grady who was enlightening about the subject of Empathy and Padeogy.

 Alison talks about who we think we really are, and how we can ask a better more complex questions that allows space and silence and time to think about the answers.

Dr Alison unpacks the complex subject of Empathy and how she teaches it to her students at Sydney University where she looks  at colloboration, creativity and critical thinking is the way forward - she helps us to understand how we need to look at the education system.
