Elwood and Stephen look at the Jackie Chan classic  Wheels on Meals as he once more teams up with Yuen Biao as friends operating a food fan in Barcelona only to find themselves mixed up with a profession thief Sylvia while being assisted by Sammo Hung's private detective Moby as the trio soon find themselves pitted against a ruthless gang.
