Lauren Sprieser is a USDF Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medalist with Distinction and an international Grand Prix dressage rider. She runs a successful training and coaching business, Sprieser Sporthorse, out of Clearwater Farm in Marshall, Virginia. In addition to producing numerous FEI horses and riders, Lauren is a longtime contributor to the Chronicle of the Horse and has written for Dressage Today, Noelle Floyd, and Practical Horseman. She is a graduate of the FEI Young Rider and U25 programs and holds a degree in public policy and urban planning from Sarah Lawrence College.
