Meet the Expert, Lauren Sprieser
Lauren Sprieser is a USDF Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medalist With Distinction and an international Grand Prix dressage competitor. She has a successful training and coaching business, Sprieser Sporthorse, which she runs out of Clearwater Farm in Marshall, Virginia. In addition to producing numerous FEI horses and riders, Lauren is an acclaimed blogger for the Chronicle of the Horse and a regular contributor to Dressage Today, Noelle Floyd, and Practical Horseman. She is a graduate of the young rider and U25 programs and earned a degree in public policy and urban planning from Sarah Lawrence College.
