The Person You Follow Can’t Save You

Phil has spent years teaching Scripture, but he says some people may be making a serious mistake: looking to the messenger instead of the one the message points to.

People want peace of mind, wisdom, discernment, and a way to be made whole. But Phil says no teacher, preacher, podcast, or public figure can give you what only Jesus can give. He is blunt: “I’m not your savior. I can’t save you.”

Phil points back to the gospel: Jesus died, was buried, rose from the dead, removes sin, gives the Holy Spirit, and connects people to God.
