Charging For Diagnostic Work With Bryan Pollock, Matt Fanslow, & Matthew Skundrich

Matthew Skundrich, Matt Fanslow and Bryan Pollock join me on the show this week to discuss how to charge for diagnostic work. Why is diagnostic work under valued? Can it be as profitable as repair work? We take perspectives from both mobile and a traditional shop... Also how much does it cost to ship 20 lbs of snow to someone??
