🎯 Abstract
In this session, Cédric Pontet and Guy Fabien will tell us about some business cases that they faced.
They will talk about some of their customers who came to them with a specific issue, and how they helped them realize that their problem was actually something else.
They will explain how they helped their customer find the root cause of the issue and then solve their real problem, by embracing an agile mindset.
They will also tell us how this allowed some of these customers to gain new insights about their business, therefore becoming more efficient and generating a new competitive advantage.

This session will be a mix of from the trenches story-telling and Q&A, with the audience being able to ask questions about each specific business case before we move to the next.
The session will be organised in a lean coffee style, addressing one topic after the other, and either moving on to the next topic at the end of the timebox or using some extra time to dig deeper if you are interested.

Cédric Pontet is one of the founders of play14 and he's an Agile/Lean coach with over ten years of experience.

Guy Fabien is an Agile coach with many years of experience. A “metaphorical aesthete”, Guy is a great listener and he loves helping people find out how to foster and apply their “own agile mind”.
