LIVID! Is it stealing to use my little sisters favourite baby name?

This week SJ Strum, a Baby Name Expert and her sister Naomi, discuss their favourite Celebrity Baby Names and answer dilemmas from viewers of her YouTube Channel; including a mother-in-law who insisting on knowing the baby name then "dragged it through the mud" leaving this mum-to-be unsure what to do and two sisters with the same favourite Girl Name...does that technically count as stealing if you use it first?
