A Knight of Shadows Part 1 Review

Our hosts are cast back to Camelot and summon their inner podcast demons as they dive into A Knight of Shadows, Part 1.

Alex and Will explore the curse that binds Jason Blood to Etrigan, how the story differs from the comics, why this episode has some Da Vinci Codeand The Mummy vibes, and the DCAU introductions of Merlin, Morgan Le Fay, and…the Playboy Mansion?!

Plus, Batman proves he’s age-blind, Maxie Zeus makes a comeback, Merlin demonstrates that he doesn’t quite understand how curses work, and Martian Manhunter is reunited with his nagging wife and explains why he’s been gone for hundreds of years.
