Throwback! First Periods

Our cringey convo is all about normalising conversations between women, and first periods is pretty much at the top of the list. Why did we find this time so shameful? What was embarrassing about it? In fairness, some of you did share some pretty traumatic first period stories, and if you thought you'd shat yourself, you're not alone.
