Hi everyone!


Two weeks ago I had the honor of hosting a tasting at Akkurat with Gert Christiaens.

He is the owner, brewer and revitaliser of Oud Beersel, a lambic brewery founded as early as 1882.

He is also the chairman of HORAL, an organisation dedicated to uphold the tradition of Lambic brewing.
