In this episode Niko talks to Eddie Plats from Time Factors UK 🇬🇧 Time Factors UK has been manufacturing different military inspired watches and reviving well known designs from the past since 1996 in a fashion and concept we recognise now days as micro brand. Perhaps the first micro brand out there??? 🧐 Let us know if you agree or disagree? Time Factors owns brands like Smiths, Precista, Speedbird and Sewills with existing documented pre Timefactors history that if nothing else is quite interesting to learn about. That surely adds to the experience of owning one of these brands! In our experience which is limited to 2 Precista and one Smiths models, the watches are well build for the prices, we haven’t experienced the issues discussed in some of the forums, but that is only 3 watches! Audio was quite challenging this time, but we hope you bare with us as Eddie does give a good information about the past and present of the company! Eddie is over 70 year old and is looking towards retirement, but will Time Factors exist when he retires?
