Hey lady,
Most of us that are used to multi-tasking and getting things done in an URGENT manner tend to overlook a weekly to-do list because a lot is happening so fast.
But here's the thing, it's not the list that is overwhelming but instead the thought error of "it takes too long or I don't have time to do it." And then we go into hustle mode/mentality of "I need to go do-do-do instead of let's get intentional with my week and redirect my mind to what I actually plan to do more than what I think I can."
