My guest this week is Matt Jacobson. In most circles, he’s known as the Head of Market Development at Facebook and Instagram, but Matt Jacobson is a man of many passions and talents. He is a surfer, a collector, a writer, a photographer-- but to me, he is a shepherd of good design.

Matt and I discuss growing up in California, driving across the country hunting for Eames furniture, and his "one in, one out" editing philosophy.
