121: Tom Kerridge

Tom Kerridge is a three-time Michelin starred chef, TV personality and author. 

Owner of many well-known establishments including The Hand and Flower in Marlow, where he garnered his first Michelin Star, Tom has gone on to regularly appear on TV including The Great British Menu and hosting his own shows like the recent Outdoor Cooking on the Food Network.

We talk to Tom about his love of working in a professional kitchen, the collaboration that takes place every day and he explains what 'Battlefield Promotion' is.
