Sian Williams is a journalist, current affairs presenter, author, and psychologist. Sian is most well-known for her work with the BBC. From 2001 until 2012, Williams regularly presented weekday editions of BBC Breakfast as well as being the main anchor of Channel 5 News.

In 2016, Williams wrote a critically acclaimed book on dealing with adversity; Rise Surviving and Thriving after Trauma.
