Control4 Corp.'s shares are trading at a 3 1/2-year higher after the maker of home-automation systems was named to the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. Control4 will replace Albany Molecular Research Inc., the target of a buyout offer, after Tuesday's close. The decision means the iShares Core S&P Small-Cap exchange-traded fund, with about $30 billion in asset, and other ETFs that track the index will have to buy shares.
