CAI International Inc.'s shares rose to a two-year high after the container-leasing company made a well-received earnings forecast and lined up more financing. CAI expects second-quarter net income to be between 55 cents and 58 cents a share, exceeded analysts' average estimate of 51 cents in a Bloomberg survey. The company's lenders raised the limit for a revolving-credit agreement by 24 percent, to $960 million.
