NewLink Genetics Inc.'s shares are headed for their biggest one-day loss since the drug developer went public in 2011. The stock tumbled after Switzerland's Roche Holding AG moved to end a 2 1/2-year partnership with the company on an experimental cancer drug. Roche's Genentech unit returned the rights for the treatment to NewLink, which had been eligible for more than $1 billion in payments under the deal.
