Etsy Inc.'s shares are headed for their biggest since July 2015 after a couple of investors disclosed a combined 8 percent stake and indicated that the online arts-and-crafts be sold. The shares were bought by the private-equity firm TPG and the hedge-fund manager Dragoneer Investment Group, which said they would talk with the company about strategic options. Etsy said in response that it's reviewing current plans and will look at alternatives.
