PetMed Express Inc.'s shares rose to a record after the online pet-pharmacy owner posted results for the fiscal fourth quarter. Earnings and sales were higher than analysts' average estimates in a Bloomberg survey. PetMed also raised its quarterly dividend by 1 cent a share for the third straight year, which brought the payout to 20 cents. The stock is headed for its biggest one-day gain since January 2008.
