Spartan Motors Inc.'s shares rose to their highest price in almost a decade after the maker of chassis and emergency-service vehicles met with analysts and investors. Spartan said it's aiming for $1 billion in annual revenue by 2020. The target is 43 percent higher than this year's average sales estimate from analysts in a Bloomberg survey.
