EZCorp Inc.'s shares are headded for their biggest gain in two months after the pawn-shop operator reached a deal to expand its Latin American business. The company bought Guatemala-based GuatePrenda - MaxiEfectivo, or GPMX, which operates 112 pawn shops in its home country, El Salvador, Honduras and Peru. The $113 million deal will increase the number of shops that EZCorp has in Latin American by about 45 percent.
