Third Point Reinsurance Ltd.'s shares are headed for their biggest daily gain since the company's initial public offering in August 2013. The reinsurer, founded by billionaire hedge-fund manager Daniel Loeb, will join the S&P SmallCap 600 Index before Tuesday's opening bell. Third Point Re will replace Sanderson Farms Inc., which is moving to the S&P MidCap 400 to take the place of Cabela's Inc., a takeover target.
