Former UK Ambassador: Putin Could Be Willing To Negotiate (Audio)

Tony Brenton, former UK Ambassador to Russia and now Fellow of Wolfson College, Cambridge, says Vladimir Putin may be willing to negotiate a peace deal in Ukraine, if "sensible bases for a negotiation emerged." He tells Bloomberg's Caroline Hepker and Stephen Carroll the Putin he knew always made calculated risks, but that this invasion was completely out of character. Brenton says Crimea will be central to any conclusion to the war.
