Amazon Got Whole Foods for Free, Kantor Says

Neuberger Berman's Charles Kantor says Amazon effectively got Whole Foods for free as its shares spiked. U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross says Mexico and Canada are receptive to renegotiations of NAFTA.
